On January 5 of this year, a webinar was organized to discuss the work being carried out in our country on the population census in 2023.
It was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Mahmudjon Ziyadullaev, Head of the Department for Organization and Conduct of Census Processes Kabil Berdikulov, heads of departments and representatives of territorial statistical offices.
The meeting discussed the state of studying cartographic materials, schematic plans and maps prepared in accordance with technical conditions, the state of updating tables formed from lists of apartments available in settlements with an indication of the population, cases of installing numbers in houses and houses, as well as the ongoing propaganda work to explain to the general public the essence and content of the population census.
They also touched upon the urgent tasks that need to be implemented in the current year.
Employees of territorial statistical offices were given appropriate suggestions and recommendations on what should be paid attention to when preparing for the population census.
