On December 21, 2017, the Navoiy region Statistics Department held a regular seminar-meeting with the participation of the heads of departments of network, district and city statistics.
At the seminar, information was provided on the work carried out by the department for organizing and conducting census processes on the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 11, 2020 No. 710 “On measures for the preparation and conduct of the population census in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2023”.
At the seminar, in order to draw up an organizational plan for the population census for 2023, it is necessary to once again clarify the schematic plans, address lists of settlements obtained in cooperation with the relevant organizations.
The specialists gave detailed information on the work done to this day in preparation for the population census, as well as the tasks that should be carried out in the future.
