In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 19, 2025 No. DP-173, it is planned to conduct a population and agricultural census in the country from January 15 to February 28, 2026.
In connection with this important event, a training seminar was organized at the Ministry of Culture.
The training seminar was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture Yusufjon Usmanov, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs, Innovation and International Relations of the Institute for Advanced Training and Statistical Research Abdulaziz Abduvaliyev, as well as Head of the Department of Educational and Methodological Work Maksuda Akhmedova.
During the event, a detailed exchange of views took place on the essence and content of the population and agricultural census processes, the main organizational stages of its implementation, issues of interdepartmental cooperation, as well as practical measures aimed at raising awareness among the population.
