A two-day seminar was organized in Samarkand to enhance the knowledge and skills of the "mahalla seven." During this seminar, the participants were explained the essence and procedure for organizing the census by the "mahalla seven," the analysis of the indicators of the "mahalla balance" of the new model, and the stages of data formation.
Information was also provided on the modules implemented on the “Digital Mahalla” platform, information integrated with the information systems of ministries and departments, mechanisms for the full digitalization of existing indicators in the “Mahalla Balance” through the “Digital Mahalla” platform, the “Attendance” and “Social Appeal” modules implemented on the platform, the procedure for directing problematic issues by the chairman of the mahalla, and hearing reports from members of the “seven”.
In addition, such important issues as the procedure for directing and entering information from a citizen into the system through the mobile application of the “digital neighborhood” platform, improving the infrastructure of the neighborhood, solving socio-economic problems, and the importance of the “warehouse book” in further improving the living well-being of the population and the procedure for maintaining it also took place
At the training seminar held in the city of kokhna Samarkand, feedback was exchanged with the responsible employees of the regional departments, district and city departments, testing their potential in practical processes was also envisaged. In a word, the workshop became a truly meaningful field of experience for representatives of the field.
