On December 9 of this year, the statistics Department of the Bekabad district of the Tashkent region held an event on the preparation and conduct of the population census.
At the event, organized at the music school No. 16 of the Bekabad region, an exchange of views took place on the execution of the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated November 11, 2020 No. 710 “about measures on preparation and carrying out population census in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2023”.
The specialists spoke in detail about the work done so far in preparing for the population census, as well as the tasks that need to be completed in the future.
The seminar provided information on the organizational and methodological foundations of the population census, software and hardware and approbation of technological data processing processes.
Also, the responsibility of state and economic management bodies, heads of local government bodies in the process of preparing and conducting the population census was analyzed in detail.
