In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 19, 2025 No. DP-173 "On conducting a population and agricultural census," preparatory work for the census is being carried out in stages in all districts and cities of the Khorezm region.
In this regard, a practical training seminar was organized in the Urgench district for women activists working in mahallas and the "mahalla seven." The main goal of the event is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of employees involved in the census process, ensuring a consistent and accurate process.
At the seminar, responsible specialists of the regional statistics department gave detailed explanations in the following areas:
- procedure for working with the registration program;
- rules for correct and accurate filling out of questionnaires;
- theoretical guidelines for the effective use of the information system;
- mastering the process of working on the electronic platform through practical exercises.
During the event, employees received detailed answers to their questions, and additional explanations were given about the essence and significance of the registration process and its responsibilities.
This training seminar contributed to the high-quality organization of census work on the ground, the formation of a unified approach in the process of working with citizens, and the training of responsible persons.
