In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 19, 2025 No. UP-173 “On the Conduct of the Population and Agriculture Census in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, practical work is consistently continuing on the ground.
During the visit, the Deputy Chairman of the State Cadastre Chamber, A. Suyunov, visited the city of Margilan, Fergana region, where he familiarized himself with the preparations for the census. The activities of the headquarters established in the “Yovqochar” and “Pichoqchi” mahallas were studied.
The activities carried out in the mahallas, the level of staff preparedness, and the existing system of interaction with the population were studied. Based on the results of the visit, appropriate recommendations were provided. It was proposed to strengthen control over the organization of the work and to pay special attention to improving the quality of its implementation.
