A population and agricultural census will be conducted in the Republic of Uzbekistan from January 15 to February 28, 2026.
Today, under the leadership of the khokim of Sariosiyo district Odiljon Yakubov and the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. Kadirov, the activities of the district headquarters were thoroughly studied, including the processes of preparation for census work in the district, the existing conditions and the level of cooperation between relevant organizations. The essence and goals of the population and agricultural census, as well as the participation of everyone in this process, were discussed.
Also, together with the officials of the district headquarters, a meeting was held with the employees of the assigned departments and organizations on the work carried out, the tasks to be performed in the process of preparing for the census were discussed, and instructions were given to the responsible persons.
