Today, a meeting was held at the Yakkasaray District Hokimiyat, dedicated to the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-173 "On the Population and Agricultural Census."
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Karimov, Deputy Hokims of the district N. Shamsiev, O. Rikhsiboev, D. Rasulmukhamedova, as well as heads of district organizations, enterprises and institutions, and representatives of responsible agencies.
At the meeting, measures aimed at the consistent implementation of the tasks defined in the Presidential Decree, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and systematicity in the population census process, and thereby increasing the efficiency of public administration were discussed.
Also, during the meeting, proposals were made to analyze existing problems, determine the necessary organizational measures, and accelerate the work carried out by sectors. Responsible officials were assigned specific tasks for the high-quality and effective organization of the execution of the decree. The deputy khokims of the districts gave instructions to increase the awareness of the population on the ground, strengthen awareness-raising activities on the census, and coordinate the activities of each responsible organization.
