In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 19, 2025 No. DP-173 “On the Conduct of the Population and Agriculture Census in the Republic of Uzbekistan” the activities of the special headquarters created in the city of Yangiyer were studied by the Republican Working Group.
During the visit, with the participation of the First Deputy Minister of Energy Bakhtiyor Mamatkarimov, the state of awareness-raising and explanatory work, the tasks assigned to responsible employees, and the developed documents were discussed in detail.
Members of the working group identified specific recommendations for the effective organization of population and agricultural census activities. At the same time, it was emphasized that the city of Yangiyer should serve as an example for other regions in this process.
At the same time, using the example of the Babur mahalla, importance of the activities of the mahalla seven also, The importance of their participation in the population and agricultural census processes was also emphasized.
Within the framework of the census activities, specific measures were identified to inform the population, effectively use electronic systems related to the sphere, and achieve accuracy of information.
