As previously reported, the CIS-STAT workshop was ended jointly with the US Census Bureau and UNFPA within the framework of the regional program "Qualitative Data for Effective Policy" (CISPop), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) on the topic: " Dissemination of Population Census Information" held in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Olimjon Sidikov, Deputy Head of the Department for Organization of Registration and Data Processing of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was participated in the seminar.
In accordance with the agenda, the seminar discussed the forms and methods of dissemination of the results of the national population census, the availability of an anonymized microdata base for users, the use of geospatial technologies in the dissemination of population census data.
The seminar program was full of lively discussions.
