In the city of Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan, a seminar is held jointly within the framework of the regional program "Qualitative Data - Effective Policies" (CISPop) of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the CIS-STAT USА Census Bureau and UNFPA seminar on the topic "Dissemination of Population Census Information". The seminar will last until July 13, 2023.
Olimjon Sidikov, Deputy Head of the Department for Organization of Registration and Data Processing of the Agency on Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, takes part in the seminar.
According to the agenda, the seminar is supposed to discuss the following issues: on the use of the form and methods of dissemination of the results of the national population census, accessibility for anonymous users of micro databases; geospatial technologies in the dissemination of census data.
It is expected that the seminary will be full of intensive discussions and exchange of views on the agenda items.
