Practical work has begun on the ground to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Conduct of the Population and Agriculture Census."
On November 5, 2025, at a meeting held at the headquarters of the Samarkand region, the Chairman of the National Statistics Committee B. Khamraev, the First Deputy Hokim of the region Sh. Buranov, Head of the Samarkand Regional Department of the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan, I. Jabborov, Head of the Samarkand Regional Department of Statistics, Sh. Abdiyev and members of the headquarters working group participated.
Within the framework of the implementation of the Decree, the main tasks, work, and measures of the headquarters established in the regions and districts (cities) were defined.
