On July 21 this year, a webinar was held to discuss the draft "Questionnaire and the program of the 2022 population census".
The event was organized jointly with the CIS Statistical Committee. The webinar was attended by employees of the CIS Statistical Committee, as well as employees of the demography and labor statistics department of Goskomstat.
At the webinar, the head of the CIS Statistical Committee V.L. Sokolin analyzed the draft program and the population census questionnaire for 2022 and expressed his opinion on how the population census questionnaire is formed.
Also, the experts who participated in the webinar made their proposals on the need to reduce the list of questions, taking into account the difficulties in filling out and processing the questionnaires.
During the event, issues were discussed to improve the draft population census program and questionnaire for 2022.
