A seminar on "Importance of population census" was held at Andijan State Pedagogical Institute.
Vice-rector for scientific and innovations affairs of Andijan Pedagogical Institute - B.Sirozhidinov, students and experts of statistics department took part in the seminar.
During the seminar, information was provided on the main goals and objectives of the population census in our republic, as well as on the preparatory processes in this direction.
It was also emphasized that in according to the announcement of 2024 in our country as the “Year of Support for Youth and Business”, the importance of propaganda work about the census among the population and that both young people and entrepreneurs can take part in its implementation.
The students' questions were answered in detail by the specialists of the Department of Statistics.
