On February 4 of this year, the State Statistics Committee held a presentation on the results of meetings to study the experience of the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan in conducting the population census organized in Baku (Azerbaijan) on January 27-31, 2020.
Berdikulov Kobil, Yuldoshev Zoyir and Sidikov Tolib from the Demography and Labor Statistics Department, Odilov Shokhrukh from the Department of the Development of Information and Communication Technologies and Interactive Public Services shared their experiences gained during the meeting. 
During the presentation, issues were discussed on the development of methodological and legal acts on population censuses, the compilation of a population census program, the approbation of a population census procedure, and software for data collection and processing.
At the end of the presentation, an active discussion took place on the above topics, recommendations were given on introducing into practice the acquired knowledge and skills based on Azerbaijani experience.
